Avestrux Games is an independent games studio. For any privacy or data inquiry, write to hello@avestruxgames.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you submit it through the subscription form.
• We do not use cookies, analytics or trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

To notify you about new games, related news, and game updates. Nothing else.

Where it is stored

Your email is stored by our email-marketing provider, MailerLite. Their privacy policy applies in addition to ours.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until one of these happens:

• You unsubscribe via the link in any email we send.
• You ask us to delete it by writing to hello@avestruxgames.com.
• You remain inactive for 24 months (no email opens, no clicks). We then delete your email automatically as part of routine list hygiene.
• The studio closes operations.

Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, portability, and objection. Write to hello@avestruxgames.com to exercise any of them. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will email subscribers and update this page.
